Scenario-Based POSH Awareness Training

Creating a respectful and inclusive workplace starts with awareness and understanding. This scenario-based POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness Training program uses realistic workplace situations and interactive decision-making activities to help learners identify, prevent, and respond appropriately to workplace harassment.

Through engaging scenarios, learners explore acceptable workplace behaviors, recognize inappropriate conduct, understand reporting procedures, and learn their responsibilities in maintaining a safe work environment. Built in Articulate Storyline 360, the training promotes active participation, improves knowledge retention, and encourages a culture of respect and accountability.
